These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software, applications, SaaS products, AI services, automation services, custom AI agents, consulting services, web development services, and related products provided by TimeTravel AI, LLC ("TimeTravel AI," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Our Services
TimeTravel AI provides technology and professional services that may include:
AI chatbots
AI automation
Custom AI agents
AI consulting
SaaS products
Web development
Related software, technology, and professional services
The specific features, functionality, pricing, usage limits, and deliverables applicable to a particular service may be described on our website, order forms, proposals, subscription plans, or separate agreements.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By using our services, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years old;
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
If you are using the services on behalf of a business or organization, you have authority to enter into these Terms on its behalf.
4. Accounts and Access
Certain services may require you to create an account or provide information necessary to access the service.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of credentials associated with your account.
You are also responsible for activities conducted through your account and must promptly notify TimeTravel AI if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
TimeTravel AI may take reasonable steps to protect the security and integrity of its services and accounts.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
TimeTravel AI may offer services through:
One-time purchases;
Recurring subscriptions;
Free trials; and
Other pricing arrangements described at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.
The applicable price, billing frequency, subscription term, and other commercial terms will be presented before you purchase or subscribe to a service.
5.1 Subscriptions
Where a service is provided on a subscription basis, the subscription will continue according to the applicable subscription terms unless canceled by the customer or terminated in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 Free Trials
TimeTravel AI may offer free trials for certain services.
The duration and conditions of a free trial will be disclosed when the trial is offered. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free-trial offers.
Unless otherwise stated when you begin a trial, access may automatically convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends.
5.3 Cancellation
Customers may cancel subscriptions in accordance with the cancellation procedure applicable to the relevant service.
If a customer cancels a subscription, the customer will generally retain access to the paid service through the end of the applicable paid billing period, unless the account is terminated earlier for a violation of these Terms or another applicable agreement.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund for unused time in a billing period unless otherwise stated in the applicable purchase terms or required by law.
5.4 Taxes
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with their purchases, except for taxes imposed on TimeTravel AI's income.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to use the services responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You must not use the services to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations;
Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity;
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
Gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
Distribute malware or other malicious code;
Interfere with or disrupt the services;
Attempt to bypass security measures or usage restrictions;
Scrape, extract, or systematically collect information from the services without authorization;
Reverse engineer or attempt to discover the underlying source code, models, systems, or proprietary technology, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
Circumvent technical limitations or access controls;
Use the services to build or operate a competing service in a manner that improperly exploits TimeTravel AI's proprietary technology;
Abuse APIs, infrastructure, or other technical resources; or
Engage in other activity that could reasonably harm TimeTravel AI, its users, its systems, or third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services complies with all laws and regulations applicable to your business.
7. Customer Content and Data
You retain ownership of content, information, data, files, materials, and other information that you provide to TimeTravel AI ("Customer Content"), subject to the rights granted to us under these Terms and any separate agreement.
By providing Customer Content, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and legal authority necessary for TimeTravel AI to process that content as contemplated by the services.
You grant TimeTravel AI the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, reproduce, modify, and otherwise use Customer Content to:
Provide the requested services;
Operate the services;
Maintain and secure the services;
Improve our products and services; and
Develop, train, test, and improve AI models and related technologies, where permitted by applicable law and contractual obligations.
You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of Customer Content.
8. AI Model Training and Improvement
Because TimeTravel AI provides AI-powered services, information submitted through our services may be processed for purposes of improving, testing, developing, or training AI systems where permitted by applicable law and applicable contractual commitments.
Customers should not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or proprietary information unless they have determined that doing so is appropriate for the applicable service.
Where a separate written agreement establishes different data-processing or AI-training requirements, that agreement will control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
9. AI-Generated Outputs
Our services may generate text, images, code, recommendations, analyses, or other content using artificial intelligence ("AI Outputs").
AI Outputs are generated using automated systems and may be:
Incorrect;
Incomplete;
Outdated;
Biased;
Inappropriate for a particular purpose; or
Similar to content generated for other users.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI Outputs before using, publishing, distributing, or relying upon them.
TimeTravel AI does not guarantee that AI Outputs will be accurate, complete, original, reliable, or suitable for your particular needs.
You should not rely on AI Outputs as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, accounting, safety, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for determining whether AI-generated content is appropriate for your intended use.
10. Ownership of AI Outputs
Subject to applicable law and the rights of third parties, customers may use AI Outputs generated through their use of our services for their business purposes.
Where applicable, the customer owns the resulting deliverables or outputs provided specifically to that customer, subject to any third-party rights, underlying technology rights, or separate contractual terms.
TimeTravel AI retains ownership of its underlying software, systems, models, technology, methodologies, prompts, workflows, tools, and other proprietary materials.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of TimeTravel AI's underlying intellectual property to a customer.
11. Custom Development and Deliverables
For custom AI agents, automation systems, websites, software, or other deliverables created specifically for a customer, ownership of the final customer-specific deliverables will belong to the customer, subject to:
Payment of all applicable fees;
Any third-party intellectual property rights;
Open-source software licenses;
TimeTravel AI's pre-existing technology; and
Any separate written agreement governing the project.
TimeTravel AI retains ownership of its pre-existing technology, reusable components, frameworks, systems, tools, know-how, methodologies, templates, libraries, and other materials used to create the deliverables.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the customer-specific deliverable does not transfer ownership of TimeTravel AI's underlying technology.
12. TimeTravel AI Intellectual Property
TimeTravel AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in:
Our website;
Software;
SaaS platforms;
AI systems;
Source code;
Algorithms;
Models;
Prompts;
Templates;
Workflows;
Designs;
Documentation;
Branding;
Logos;
Trade names;
Proprietary technology;
Methodologies; and
Other materials created or owned by TimeTravel AI.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no license or ownership interest is transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit our proprietary technology except as expressly permitted by these Terms or a separate written agreement.
13. Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on or integrate with third-party services, software, APIs, hosting providers, artificial intelligence technologies, infrastructure providers, or other third-party platforms.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
TimeTravel AI is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, security, policies, or performance of third-party services.
Changes, outages, restrictions, or discontinuation of third-party services may affect functionality provided through our services.
14. Service Availability and Maintenance
TimeTravel AI intends to maintain reliable and reasonably continuous availability of its services and may provide uptime commitments or service-level commitments for particular products or customers.
Where a specific uptime guarantee or SLA applies, the applicable SLA or customer agreement will control.
We may temporarily suspend access when reasonably necessary for:
Maintenance;
Security updates;
Emergency repairs;
Infrastructure changes;
Protection of our systems; or
Other legitimate operational purposes.
We will use reasonable efforts to minimize unnecessary disruption.
TimeTravel AI does not reserve a general right under these Terms to discontinue the services entirely.
15. Changes to Services
We may make reasonable changes to features, functionality, technology, interfaces, or other aspects of our services as necessary to maintain, improve, secure, or operate the services.
Material changes affecting a customer's contractual rights will be handled in accordance with any applicable order form, subscription agreement, or other written agreement.
16. Suspension and Termination
TimeTravel AI may suspend or terminate access to the services if we reasonably determine that:
You have violated these Terms;
You have failed to make required payments;
Your use presents a security risk;
Your use involves fraud or illegal activity;
You have abused the services;
Your use may harm TimeTravel AI, its systems, customers, or third parties; or
Suspension or termination is otherwise necessary to protect the legitimate interests of TimeTravel AI.
We may also suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security incidents or protect the integrity of the service.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
17. Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to access the applicable services will end;
You must stop using the terminated services;
Outstanding amounts owed to TimeTravel AI will remain payable;
Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue.
Customer Content will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.
Where applicable, customers may request deletion of their information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
18. Confidentiality
These Terms do not create a separate confidentiality obligation beyond the obligations imposed by applicable law, our Privacy Policy, or any separate written confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement.
Where a customer requires contractual confidentiality obligations, the parties may enter into a separate confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement.
19. Privacy
Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how TimeTravel AI collects, uses, and protects personal information.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
20. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Except where expressly provided in a separate written agreement, TimeTravel AI does not guarantee that:
The services will always be available;
The services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
AI Outputs will be accurate or complete;
AI Outputs will meet your particular requirements;
Results obtained through the services will be commercially successful;
The services will be free from security vulnerabilities; or
AI-generated content will be suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TimeTravel AI, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from or relating to your use of the services.
This includes damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, interruptions in service, third-party services, or unauthorized access where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Where permitted by applicable law, the total liability of TimeTravel AI arising out of or relating to the services will be limited to the amount paid by the customer to TimeTravel AI for the applicable service giving rise to the claim.
For customers subject to a separate written agreement containing different liability terms, that agreement will control.
22. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or Customer Content that you submit to the services.
Where appropriate, the parties may establish additional indemnification obligations in a separate written agreement.
23. Compliance With Laws
You are responsible for using the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use TimeTravel AI's services in circumstances where doing so would violate applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, or third-party rights.
If your business operates in a regulated industry, you are responsible for determining whether the services are appropriate for your particular regulatory requirements.
24. No Professional Advice
Information or AI Outputs provided through our services are not intended to constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or other professional advice.
You should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions requiring professional judgment.
25. Acceptable Use of AI
You may not use TimeTravel AI's AI services to create, distribute, or facilitate content or activities that violate applicable law or these Terms.
You may not use the services to attempt to circumvent safety controls, manipulate system protections, compromise our infrastructure, extract proprietary prompts or systems, or otherwise abuse our AI technology.
TimeTravel AI may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including limiting, suspending, or terminating access.
26. No Resale or Unauthorized Access
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
Resell access to our services;
Share paid access with unauthorized users;
Rent or sublicense access;
Create unauthorized derivative services;
Circumvent subscription or usage restrictions; or
Provide third parties with unauthorized access to our systems.
27. Fair Use and Resource Protection
While our services do not currently operate under a specific published usage quota, TimeTravel AI may take reasonable measures to protect the stability, security, and performance of its systems.
If usage materially threatens the operation of the services or creates an unreasonable burden on infrastructure, we may take reasonable steps to protect the service and other customers.
Any specific usage limits applicable to a particular product or plan may be communicated separately.
28. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content made available through our services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us using the contact information provided below.
We may investigate legitimate complaints and take appropriate action.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable law.
Because TimeTravel AI, LLC is based in California, California law may apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a separate written agreement specifies governing law or dispute-resolution procedures, that agreement will control.
30. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings concerning a dispute arising from these Terms, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through direct communication.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief where necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security, or other rights.
Any mandatory dispute-resolution rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
31. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
If a material change requires additional notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice using a reasonable method.
32. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
TimeTravel AI may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable order forms, subscription agreements, service agreements, or other written agreements between you and TimeTravel AI, constitute the agreement between you and TimeTravel AI regarding the applicable services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed written agreement, the separately executed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
35. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
